Welcome to AI Learning Circle ("we", "us", "the Circle"). By using this website, registering for a session, creating an account or buying a membership, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the Circle is

AI Learning Circle is a community for professionals learning to use AI in their day-to-day work. We run live sessions, and offer a members' Knowledge Library (use case practice materials, how-to and prompt guides, session recordings) and an AI Nuggets.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us if you think it has been misused.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or harm the community.

3. Sessions

• Registration for a session is free unless stated otherwise. Dates, times and speakers may change; we will try to tell you in advance.
• Sessions may be recorded. Recordings may be shared with members through the Knowledge Library. Please do not share anything confidential in a session.
• Be respectful. Do not record, copy or redistribute a live session without permission.

4. Membership and payment

• Membership is 6 months of access for a single one-time payment of ₹2,600. It is not a monthly charge and does not renew automatically.
• Payment details are shared with you personally after you message us on WhatsApp. Access is activated once payment is received and confirmed.
• Membership gives access to the members' areas of the site for 6 months from activation. After that, access to members-only content ends unless you renew.
• Prices may change for future purchases; the price you paid stays valid for your 6-month period.

5. Your use of the content

All materials in the Knowledge Library and AI Nuggets (documents, prompts, recordings, templates) are for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may use what you learn at work, but you must not copy, resell, publish, or share member-only materials or login access with others without our written permission.

6. Educational content only

• Content is for learning and general information. It is not professional, financial, legal, tax, accounting or HR advice, and you should make your own judgement before relying on it.
• AI tools can produce incorrect or incomplete output. Always review results before using them.
• Please follow your employer's policies on AI tools and data. Never enter confidential, personal or client data into any AI tool unless your organisation allows it.
• Views shared in sessions and materials are personal views of the organisers and speakers. They do not represent the views of any employer or organisation.
• We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any AI tool provider mentioned (such as ChatGPT or Claude).

7. Community conduct

Do not post unlawful, offensive, misleading or spam content, and do not harass others. Do not attempt to break, scrape or interfere with the site.

8. Liability

The site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make using the content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
